Installation Joomla! 5.x • Sorry, there was a problem we could not recover from.

I am trying to install Joomla v5.2.0 on an Ubuntu v22.04 machine.

PHP version is v8.3.12
Apache version is v2.4.52
MySQL version is v8.0.39

Whenever I try to install Joomla, I only get "Sorry, there was a problem we could not recover from."

That doesn't really help much. According to the technical resource page, I meet the version requirements.

I don't see any logs that will help in determining why the installation isn't even starting.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
