In my case, I am getting this message "ERROR 1273 (HY000) at line 2919: Unknown collation: 'utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci" when trying to import the backup of a database generated from a MySQL 8 server into MariaDB. The version of Joomla that I am using is 3.9.13.
