Administration Joomla! 4.x • Does not log in

I was no longer able to log in to the administrator and front end.
happens with all accounts,

In trying to figure out the problem I found this

language - **Could not load ms-MY language XML file from [ROOT]/administrator/language/ms-MY/ms-MY.x...
warningassets - No asset found for com_modules.module.373, falling back to com_modules
warningassets - No asset found for com_modules.module.373, falling back to com_modules


Could it be a language file problem?
Any suggestions?
